These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of foothillspharmacytech.com and the Foothills Pharmacy Technician Online Training program, operated by Foothills Technician LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or enrolling in our program, you agree to these Terms.
Program Description
Foothills Pharmacy Technician Online Training is a PTCB-recognized, self-paced online program designed to prepare students for the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam (PTCE). The program includes access to online coursework, a Student Portal, instructor support, and study resources for 4 months from the date of enrollment.
Enrollment and Payment
- The enrollment fee is $180.0, paid online through Stripe at the time of enrollment.
- Course textbooks and access codes are purchased separately through the Foothills store at paradigmeducation.com/foothills-pharmacy. Textbook costs are not included in the enrollment fee.
- Payment constitutes enrollment in the program. Your 4-month access period begins on the date of payment.
- You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.
Program Access
- Upon enrollment, you receive access to the Student Portal and online coursework for 4 months.
- Course content is delivered through a third-party platform (Cirrus by Paradigm Education Solutions). Access to course content requires activation codes obtained through your textbook purchase.
- Your account is for your personal use only. Sharing login credentials or course access with others is prohibited.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

No Guarantee of Outcomes
While our program is PTCB-recognized and designed to prepare you for the PTCE exam, we do not guarantee:
- That you will pass the PTCE exam
- Employment as a pharmacy technician after completion
- Any specific exam score or outcome
Success depends on your effort, study habits, and individual circumstances. The PTCE exam is administered by PTCB, not by us.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Foothills Technician LLC or our content partners and is protected by copyright law. Course materials are provided by Paradigm Education Solutions / Kendall Hunt and are subject to their terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any program content without written permission.
AI Assistant
Our website includes an AI-powered chat assistant to help answer common questions. The assistant provides general information about our program and pharmacy technician careers. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and should not be considered professional medical, legal, or career advice. For specific questions about your enrollment or situation, contact your instructor directly.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foothills Technician LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or program. Our total liability for any claim related to the program is limited to the amount you paid in enrollment fees.
Changes to the Program
We may update course content, study resources, and the Student Portal from time to time to improve the program. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students of significant changes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rutherford County, North Carolina.
