We want you to feel confident about your enrollment. Here's how refunds work.
7-Day Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with the program, you may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided you have not accessed or activated any course content through the third-party platform (Cirrus).
After 7 Days
Refund requests made after the 7-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We understand that life circumstances change. Contact us and we'll work with you.
What Is Not Refundable
- Textbooks and access codes purchased through the Foothills store at paradigmeducation.com/foothills-pharmacy are sold by Paradigm Education Solutions / Kendall Hunt, not by us. Textbook refunds must be requested through their support at help.kendallhunt.com.
- Enrollment fees after course content has been accessed and activated. Once you've entered your textbook activation code and accessed course materials, the enrollment fee is non-refundable. This is because course content access cannot be revoked once activated.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@foothillspharmacytech.com with:
- Your full name
- The email address you enrolled with
- Your reason for requesting a refund
We aim to respond within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
Extensions
If you need more time to complete the program beyond your 4-month enrollment period, contact us to discuss an extension. Extensions may be available on a case-by-case basis.
