- Payment information: When you enroll, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. We receive a transaction ID and the amount paid.

- Course progress: We track your study progress, quiz responses, and checklist completions within the Student Portal.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: We use Mixpanel and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This includes pages visited, time spent, device type, browser, and general location (city/region, not precise location).
- Cookies: We use cookies for session management (keeping you logged in), analytics, and advertising. See "Cookies" below.

- To provide and manage your enrollment and course access

- Anthropic (AI assistant) — Conversations with our AI assistant are processed by Anthropic's API. We do not store chat history.
- Moodle (learning management) — Your course activity and grades are managed through our Moodle instance, hosted on our own server.

- Analytics cookies: Mixpanel and Google Analytics use cookies to understand site usage. These help us improve the program.

Email Communications
When you enroll, you will receive program-related emails including a welcome email, study reminders, and instructor announcements. You can opt out of study reminder emails at any time by contacting us at info@foothillspharmacytech.com. Transactional emails (enrollment confirmation, payment receipts) cannot be opted out of.
Data Security
We use HTTPS encryption on all pages. Payments are processed through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. We do not store credit card numbers. Access to student data is limited to program administrators.
Data Retention
We retain your account and enrollment data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes. Contact form submissions are retained for 1 year. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
Children's Privacy
Our program is designed for adults (18 and older). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
